Here are some of the features:
The today page displays the exercises for the current day of your active routine.

You can add a combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercises for each day of your routine. You can also skip to another day of the routine.

You can record the duration of the aerobic exercise or the number of sets, reps, and weight lifted for anaerobic exercises. If you forget how to do the exercise you can display the instructions or look at the exercise video.

After saving the exercise record a rest countdown timer is displayed, which has the option to sound an alarm or vibrate the device upon completion.

You can add and edit routines. You can add exercises to a routine day. Choose from hundreds of exercises or suggest an exercise, which might not already be in our database.

Create and upload videos of your exercises to your private or public YouTube channel.

You can log your daily caloric intake using the food log.
